I am a civilian tactical physician with over 10 hrs in TEMS between experience as a paramedic and over the last 4 yrs as a doc. I have used several other high end bags and have found this so tech bag to be the best medical bag of them all. It has plenty of room for civilian tems and ALS med equipment but is not too big and bulky to wear/carry on all operations. Highly recommended for all integrated TEMS providers.
